Quiche
from the Lion House Cookbook
1 9” pie shell
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Swiss Cheese
6 slices of bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1/4 cup ham minced
2 green onions sliced
½ green (or red) pepper chopped
3 eggs beaten
1 cup cream
½ teaspoon lemon zest
½ teaspoon salt
¼ dry mustard
Bakee shell for 5 minutes At 425º.
Remove from oven. Arange cheese, bacon and ham in shell. Sprinkle with onion and green pepper. Mix eggs and cream and pour over top.
Bake at 325º for 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes.
